Senior .NET Developer | FinTech | C#, .NET Core, AWS & AI Assisted Development | London Hybrid
A growing UK FinTech is going through a significant technology transformation and is looking for an experienced Senior .NET Developer to help shape and build the next generation of its core platforms.
You’ll be joining an established engineering function working on highly scalable, production critical financial systems. The environment is centred around C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, microservices and AWS, with a strong focus on clean architecture, SOLID principles, performance and engineering quality.
The engineering team is also increasingly adopting AI assisted development. We’re particularly interested in engineers who actively use modern AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, Codex or similar to improve development, testing, debugging, code review and delivery.
You’ll be expected to remain highly hands on, writing scalable production code while contributing to architecture, improving the existing codebase, reducing technical debt and working closely with product and wider technology stakeholders. The wider environment includes AWS, Octopus Deploy, TeamCity and Jira.
We’re looking for strong commercial experience across C# and .NET, ideally within distributed or high performance systems. Experience within FinTech, financial services or another regulated environment would be valuable, although it isn’t essential.
