Full-Stack Developer (React Native / Java) | London Hybrid | FinTech | Outside IR35 | React, React Native, Java, AWS | £550–600/day

A growing financial technology company is scaling its engineering team as it builds the next generation of modern web and mobile products for global users. With continued investment into digital platforms and infrastructure, they are looking for experienced Full-Stack Developers to support a major product and technology transformation programme.

This role will focus on building scalable applications using React or React Native alongside backend services and APIs using Java. You’ll work across frontend architecture, integrations, CI/CD pipelines, microservices, and cloud-native systems, helping deliver secure, high-performance products in a collaborative engineering environment.

Required experience:

  • 6+ years of full-stack engineering experience
  • Strong React Native experience
  • Strong Java backend development experience
  • Experience building REST APIs and microservices
  • Strong SQL / NoSQL knowledge (Postgres, MongoDB, Redis)
  • Experience with CI/CD and deployment processes
  • Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms is beneficial
  • Background in regulated FX, FinTech, Trading, E-Trading environments
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
