AI Engineer – Agentic Systems – AI-Native Finance Platform - Hybrid (London area) – Permanent – Competitive Salary + Equity
A well-funded early-stage B2B SaaS company is hiring an AI Engineer to take ownership of its agent orchestration layer and help build a multi-agent platform designed for senior finance leaders. This is a hands-on role focused on building production-grade AI features end-to-end, from backend systems and agent architecture through to user-facing functionality. You’ll design and evolve multi-agent workflows, build AI-native capabilities such as GraphRAG and relational retrieval systems, and develop scalable services using TypeScript, NestJS, PostgreSQL, and GCP. Working closely with Product and Design, you’ll help turn complex financial workflows into intuitive user experiences while contributing to architectural decisions and raising the bar across the engineering team. The company’s mission is to transform finance from backward-looking reporting into real-time strategic intelligence using autonomous AI systems.
