GenAI Solutions Engineer – Hybrid (London HQ) AI Workflows | Automation | Regulated Industries

£70,000–£100,000 + bonus + early equity

Join a high-growth AI company building automation that transforms regulated industries like finance, legal, and insurance. Their GenAI platform replaces slow, manual processes with secure, auditable workflows that deliver speed and accuracy. Backed by a £3m seed round, they’re scaling fast across the UK, US, and Europe.

You’ll join the founding Solutions Engineering team, working hands-on with LLMs, Python, and LangChain to design and deliver AI-powered workflows for clients. You’ll translate complex requirements into working automation and collaborate with Product and Customer Success to bring prototypes into production.

Requirements:

• Experience in a client-facing technical role (Solutions Engineer, AI Consultant, or similar)
• Strong Python skills and experience with LLMs / LangChain
• Confident building quick prototypes (Streamlit, Jupyter, etc.)
• Able to bridge business needs and technical delivery
• Startup mindset: fast-moving, collaborative, hands-on

Bonus: experience in finance, legal, or insurance; Azure exposure; ISO 27001 familiarity
