Senior Software Engineer (AI Focus) – £80k–£135k + Benefits + Shares | London (Hybrid, 3 Days/Week)

We’re working with a leading AI consultancy – one of only four global partners of OpenAI – to hire talented Software Engineers (backend or full stack) to join their London team.

You don’t need to be a productionising AI/LLM expert already , they’ll teach that. What matters is strong, hands-on software engineering experience and a passion for building scalable systems.

What you’ll do:

• Build and deploy scalable applications in Python (and ideally JavaScript/TypeScript)

• Design and maintain microservices, APIs, and CI/CD pipelines

• Work on multiple cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

• Collaborate with AI specialists to deliver next-gen solutions

• Stay hands-on coding daily (even at senior levels)

What we’re looking for:

• Strong software engineering background (backend or full stack)

• Proven experience with Python and modern cloud architecture

• Solid knowledge of CI/CD, microservices, deployments

• Passion for AI/LLM (side projects or GitHub a bonus)
