A fast growing International SaaS company that work with well-known clients seeks Senior Tech Support Engineer with Python Scripting, API's and Postman.
Supporting the Director of Customer Operations the Senior Support Engineer will help manage the Technical Support function of UK operations. Meanwhile actively look at process improvements to streamline operations functions collaborating with the Engineering department.
- Python Scripting, Postman, API's
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 3 years in a Tech Support role (Ideally Software, SaaS)
- Enjoys working & comparing data in different formats, e.g. CSV, JSON, XML
- Excel knowledge
- Reporting, ticketing / CRM systems, ideally SalesForce, Jira, Zendesk, PowerBI, SQL / Databases
